| Pocahontas is out of our very first broodmare, Shadow Oak's Prudence, who is also one of my very favorite mares. Pocahontas' granddam is the famous 100% Falabella mare 'Regina' of Regina Winery who was imported from Argentina many years ago. Regina was the dam of the famous black Falabella stallion 'Pepper' who sired many outstanding miniature horses. Prudence's great grandsire was the famous stallion Shadow Oak's Paul Bunyan. With her stellar pedigree, we are so proud to have Pocahontas in our breeding program! When we were still breeding, Pocahontas had two very nice pinto fillies for us. They are Mini-Go-Round's Painted Nikita, a 50/50 black & white pinto filly out of Cheyenne Chief and Mini-Go-Round's Chocolate Swirl, a chocolate dapple & white pinto filly by our bay pinto stallion, Rocky. I would love to keep Pocahontas, but since we are retiring now, we are offering her for your consideration. She is a nice gentle and friendly mare.
