Lady or Lady Godiva, as we call her, is one
of our best mares who produces the most awesome foals. We have many
of her offspring in our breeding program, including Mini-Go-Round's
Medicine Man, Southbrooke's Lady's Amicitia,
Mini-Go-Round's
FWF Painted Warrior, Mini-Go-Round's
Painted Senorita, and Mini-Go-Round's Painted
Ballerina. Lady Godiva has earned AMHR
Superior Dam status in 2006 having produced
these AMHR Hall of Fame and National Champion horses.....Mini-Go-Round's
Painted Bonita and Mini-Go-Round's
Painted Bandito. Lady is featured
in Pat Elder's, "Outstanding Miniature Mares" book which was released in
2006. Another of Lady's outstanding
daughters is Southbrooke's Cinnamon Spice, owned by Dawn & Tommy Thompson
of Benson, Arizona who is producing champion offspring as well. Lady
is also the granddam of our exquisite medicine hat National & World
Champion mare, Mini-Go-Round's Lollapalooza.
Lady produces foals with outstanding conformation, BEAUTIFUL dishy heads
with big eyes (often in a gorgeous shade of Blue) and lots of color to
top it off. Lady's breeding goes back to Hobby Horse, Poco Horse,
& Goforth Little Bit. Not only do we have her sons and daughters
in our breeding program, but now we have many of her grandget in our breeding
program. These photos of Lady are taken in 2006 at 18 years of age
and show just how awesome of a mare she is. We are very proud to
have Lady as one of the outstanding mares that make a solid foundation
for our breeding program. |
