Cat is a pretty silver dapple bay pinto mare. Some of Catalina's
foals are: Mini-Go-Round's Painted Caballo,
a black & white homozygous pinto colt out of Double A Cheyenne Chief;
a pretty red dun filly out of Mini-Go-Round's Medicine Man, Mini-Go-Round's
Summer Rose. Also she had a nice red & white pinto colt,
Mini-Go-Round's
Cat's Showboy out of Southbrooke's Morrow's Matchem and she foaled
a tiny bay filly, Mini-Go-Round's Gingersnap,
by our tiny 30" silver bay stallion, Babes Barney. Cat's sire, Shadow
Oak's Sampson, is a double bred son of the Legendary
PEPPER,
making Cat a PEPPER Grandaughter & Great Grandaughter.
Catalina's foal in 2007 was a gorgeous black and white pinto colt, by our
medicine hat, bay & white pinto stallion with blue eyes, Mini-Go-Round's
Medicine Man. The colt was born about 1 1/2 months early, and
he did not make it. In 2008, Catalina foaled a gorgeous and tiny
filly, Mini-Go-Round's Touch of Silver; aka: Sylvia,
out of our black & white pinto stallion, Double A Cheyenne Chief, a
National Champion producer. See Sylvia's photo with Catalina below
or visit her page for more photos. She is also available for purchase.
See our
sales list
for current pricing on both Cat and Sylvia. Her papers say 33 1/2",
but I measured her at just 33" on 8-27-08. The brand on her hip is
a freeze brand from her previous owners at Foxfire Farms and is in the
shape of the face of a fox. |
